How to share your record

You can use your DfE education record app to share your education record with us.

To share your details using the DfE education record app

1. You will receive a notification on your app asking you to share your education record with us.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Review your details and press share.
4. Your details will now be available for the college or sixth form to view.

If you are having problems with the app

Make sure that:

• you have downloaded the latest version of the app
• you have the correct education record for you and that the information is up-to-date
